Six Chinese nationals are headed to federal prison for running a large scale marijuana growing operation across two southern Georgia counties, U.S. Attorney Margaret E. "Meg" Heap announced this week.

U.S. District Court Judge Lisa Godbey Wood issued the sentences after all six defendants pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
